The terms
Future Anchor Hub publishes the-studio.html, the-journal.html, and the rest of this site under the plain terms below. Browsing it means you accept them. Where you go on to engage us for a strategic review, an organisational design project, a leadership advisory retainer, or any other paid work, that engagement is additionally governed by the signed engagement letter agreed between us, which takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ.
Content and ownership
Everything published here — the articles in the journal, the case framing on the studio page, the language describing our services — is our own work unless credited. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution; copying it wholesale into commercial use, republishing our articles as your own, or reusing our service descriptions without asking is not permitted.
Accuracy of information
Information here is offered in good faith and updated when things change. Final prices, dates and availability are confirmed individually — the site is an introduction, not a contract. Case studies and framework descriptions reflect our general approach; the specific method, timeline and deliverables for your situation are set out in the proposal we send after a discovery call, not assumed from anything published here.
Working with us
The scope, timing and price of any actual work are agreed individually, in writing, before it begins. Nothing on this site by itself constitutes an offer that binds either side. A strategic review, for instance, runs to the timeline and fee confirmed in your proposal, not to any figure or duration mentioned elsewhere on the site as a general illustration.
Fees and payment
Engagement fees, payment schedule and any expenses (such as travel for on-site workshops) are set out in the proposal or engagement letter for that piece of work. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within fourteen days of the date issued. Where a client cancels a confirmed engagement after work has begun, fees for work already completed remain payable.
Confidentiality
Anything a client shares with us in the course of an engagement — financial detail, staff information, internal disagreements surfaced during a diagnostic phase — is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver that engagement. We do not name clients in case studies or marketing material without their prior agreement, and any published account of a project is anonymised unless a client explicitly asks to be credited.
Limits of responsibility
We are responsible for this site's content to the extent the law requires, and no further. We are not liable for external sites we link to, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here rather than a specific engagement. Advice given during a paid engagement is subject to the terms and any liability cap set out in that engagement's letter.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes; the version published here is the one in force. Material changes will be visible on this page, and where a change would materially affect an engagement already underway, we will flag it to the client directly rather than relying on the site alone.
Governing law
The law of the place where Future Anchor Hub is established applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from the use of this site. Disputes arising from a specific client engagement are first addressed through direct discussion between the parties before any formal proceedings are considered.
Independence and impartiality
We work for the organisation that engages us, not for any one individual within it. Where a review or advisory retainer surfaces findings that are uncomfortable for particular stakeholders, we report them plainly to whoever commissioned the work, because a diagnosis softened to spare feelings is not one worth paying for. This independence is part of what a client is buying, and it applies equally regardless of who inside the organisation we happen to be speaking with on a given day.
