Privacy Policy

Your privacy

Harry Caldwell keeps this policy deliberately plain. It covers the little data our-address.html and the rest of this site touch, why they touch it, the rights you have over it, and what happens to information you share with us once a paid engagement — a strategic review, an organisational design project, a leadership advisory retainer — actually begins. We would rather this page was short and honest than long and vague, so if anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it properly.

Information we receive

Writing in through our-address.html hands us only what you choose to type: your name, an email address to reply to, and the situation — succession planning, an organisational design question — you describe. There is no account system and no hidden profile. If your enquiry turns into a signed engagement, we will separately ask for the business information needed to do the work — organisational charts, financial summaries, staff lists for interview scheduling, and similar — and that information is governed by the engagement letter you sign with us, not by casual website use.

How we use it

Your details are used for exactly one thing at the enquiry stage: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers. Once an engagement is underway, information you provide is used only to deliver the specific piece of work — a strategic review, a succession plan, a workshop brief — that we have been engaged to produce, and for nothing beyond that scope without asking you first.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings without affecting how the site works. We do not use tracking pixels, remarketing tags, or third-party ad networks anywhere on this site.

Third parties

Future Anchor Hub does not sell, rent or trade what a founder shares with us about their business. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else. On a succession-planning or organisational-design engagement, we occasionally bring in a specialist collaborator — for a facilitated workshop, say — and where that happens we share only what that person strictly needs to do their part, under the same confidentiality terms that govern our own work for you.

Legal basis

Where UK data protection law requires a stated basis, we rely on legitimate interest to reply to enquiries, and on contract where you have engaged us for paid work. We do not process special category data through this site, and if an engagement were ever to touch anything sensitive, we would agree the terms of that separately and in writing before proceeding.

Storage periods

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted — typically within twelve months of the last exchange. Engagement records, including the diagnostic material and final reports produced for a client, are kept for six years to meet standard professional and tax record-keeping practice, and are then securely deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.

Your rights

Ask any time what Future Anchor Hub holds about you or your business, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@future-anchor-hub.com and we will act on it promptly, normally within two weeks, after confirming it is really you asking. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you are entitled to raise it with the relevant data protection authority.

Protection

Enquiry correspondence sent through our-address.html lives in an access-protected mailbox at the Nakamurakita office, readable only by the people who need to answer you. Engagement material — the material that tends to be genuinely sensitive, since it describes how a real business actually works — is kept in access-controlled storage, shared only with the people directly staffed on your project, and is never left in shared drives or personal devices without encryption.

Who to ask

Questions about this policy, about your data, or about how a specific engagement handles confidential material go to hello@future-anchor-hub.com. This policy applies to the site and correspondence operated by Future Anchor Hub, and is reviewed whenever the way we work changes materially.
